Mr. Wallace has worked as a banker and lawyer for the past 38 years, managing litigation and complex transactions for large institutions and high net worth individuals. In addition, he serves as an expert witness in cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, and oil and gas. A native Houstonian with deep roots in the Houston community, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1976, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1980.
